Women On Target

An NRA sponsored introduction to shooting for women (18 and older) with little or no firearm experience. Emphasis will be on firearm safety and the enjoyment of shooting. The clinic will include firing 22 caliber handguns and rifles, as well as 20 gauge shotguns and is planned to accommodate 24 students. NRA Certified Instructors will conduct the clinic and each shooter will receive individual instruction. All firearms and ammunition are provided. Refreshments will also be provided.  REGISTRATION OPENS 4/11/24

Agenda: 

• 11:00 to 11:30 Sign-in
  
• 11:30 to 12:30 Safety orientation and Range Rules, Firearm Introductions and How We'll Proceed
• 12:30 to 3:30 Three one hour sessions with rifle, shotgun, and pistol
•  3:30 to 4:00 Debriefing and issuing the Certificates of Completion

Cost: $50.00 (pre-registration required). Cost includes firearms, ammunition, ear and eye protection and refreshments. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to qualify for a refund. This will allow people on the waiting list to participate. Clinic is rain or shine. Dress is comfortable and casual.
